• CPR/BLS certification required at hire.
• CA licensure required at hire.

• Perform initial evaluations and develop plans of care.
• Provide direct physical therapy treatments and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families to meet goals.
• Maintain productivity standards and ensure quality patient care.
• Presents at least one inservice per year and keeps current on CE.
