Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL seeks an Occupational Therapist I (Inpt) to provide inpatient therapy. This 100% FTE role follows a 6:00am–4:30pm schedule, with one weekend day every 4 weeks and rotating holidays. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required.
• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs. Required.
• Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required.

Occupational Therapist I (Inpt) (Finance)

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Monday -Friday 6:00am-4:30pm hours vary, 1 weekend day (Sat/Sun) every 4 weeks, one rotating holiday/yr. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. You may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign on bonus.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay
