Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our patient-focused care team. You will evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with therapists and physicians, and support meaningful functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs.
• Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.

Job description

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday -Friday 6:00am-4:30pm hours vary, 1 weekend day (Sat/Sun) every 4 weeks, one rotating holiday/yr. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. You may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign on bonus.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay
