Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to cover Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and ICU step-down. You’ll see about 12 patients per day and may spend up to 45 minutes per patient as needed, with a 4/10 schedule and generous PTO.

We welcome new grads and provide mentorship in a supportive, career-focused environment. Qualifications include an OT degree from an accredited program and strong communication, teamwork, and servant leadership.
