Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to serve as a servant-minded clinician. The role covers multiple floors and departments in a non-profit trauma center, with opportunities to mentor peers and support patient recovery from admission to discharge.

The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, collaborative in a team setting, and capable of balancing detailed work with a broad view of patient outcomes. H-1B sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Acute Care role with coverage across multiple floors and departments

• See patient from admission to discharge
• Cover Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU & ICU step-down
• See 12 patients per day on average with up to 45 minutes per patient as needed
