Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist for acute care coverage across multiple floors and departments. You will evaluate and treat patients from admission to discharge, handling Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, and ICU/ICU step-down cases.

The role offers mentorship by a lead OT, a 4/10 schedule, and opportunities for advancement through a structured clinical ladder and specialty certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
