Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for an Acute Care position floating across multiple floors. You will provide care to patients in critical states, working with Ortho, Neuro, and Cardiac populations while building strong patient relationships and a servant-leader mindset.

We offer mentorship and training, a stable schedule, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Master/Doctorate of OT is required; H-1B sponsorship is not available.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Acute Care position...Acute Care is the doorway to Rehab here, and the Acute Care team is the very heartbeat of the facility. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their need. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for someone who is just looking for their next "job," but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
