Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a servant-minded Occupational Therapist for an Acute Care role covering Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and ICU step-down. You will see patients from admission to discharge, mentor new grads, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide recovery across multiple floors.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelors/Masters/OT Doctorate) and demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.

Job description

Highlights/Benefits:

• See 12 patients per day on average with up to 45 minutes per patient as needed
