Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a servant-minded Occupational Therapist for an acute care role in Colorado Springs. You will cover Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and ICU step-down, seeing patients from admission to discharge.

Mentorship is provided by the lead OT and you will typically handle about 12 patients per day with flexibility on visit length. The ideal candidate holds an OT degree (Bachelors/Master/Doctorate) from an accredited program, is open to new grads and experienced

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• See patients from admission to discharge across multiple floors and departments.
