Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients in the home regain daily living skills and basic motor functions. You will use evidence-based treatments to improve independence and compensate for functional losses, delivering compassionate care in patients' homes.

Requirements include graduation from an approved OT program and state licensure; Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.
