Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support patients in their homes, improving daily living skills and functional independence. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an OT in the state in which you practice.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be waived with approval based on prior experience.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Our Occupational Therapists help patients who have debilitating conditions improve the functions of performing everyday tasks in the home.
• Occupational therapists use treatments to develop daily living skills and to compensate for loss of function that may have occurred.
