Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to help patients in their homes improve daily living skills and regain independence. You will use evidence-based interventions to enhance basic motor functions and compensate for functional losses, enabling patients to live safely at home.

Must be a graduate OT and licensed in the state; minimum one year experience preferred, with Medicare home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an OT in the state where practicing.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred, but may be approved with prior leadership input based on experience.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients in the home improve activities of daily living and basic motor functions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to enhance independence and safety.
• Assist with compensating for functional loss and promoting home-based participation.
