Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide a full range of OT services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in a collaborative setting.

The role requires an OT degree and current licensure, with CPR certification preferred. Responsibilities include creating and adjusting treatment plans, educating patients and families, and working with an interdisciplinary team in our Ohio location.

Qualifications

• Must have current state OT licensure or registration
• Current CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
