Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire or renewal optional
• Graduation from an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
• Current valid OT license in state
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation
• New grads welcome to apply, 1 year experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans for patients (ADLs)
• Establish, assess, and modify goals that are realistic and measurable
• Oversee and evaluate care by OTAs, rehab aides, and students
• Chart patient progress timely and accurately
• Use therapy software appropriately and maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Maintain patient safety, rights, and confidentiality
