Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services in our care communities across South Carolina. You will assess patients, create and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with a clinical team to improve functional outcomes.

You will supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and rehab technicians, ensure compliance with OBRA and state practice acts, and contribute to program growth and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients per Reliant standards.
• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and supervision of assistants and rehab technicians.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
