Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality OT services across patient populations. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with facilities to ensure optimal outcomes.

As part of a supportive clinical team, you will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians while staying current with regulatory requirements and best practices in occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• Graduated from ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current state OT license to practice.
• Eligible to practice OT in their state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to improve patient function.
• Provide supervision to COTAs and rehab technicians.
• Supervise therapy sessions to ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure adherence to state practice acts and company policies.
