Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Short Hills, NJ is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The therapist will assess referred patients, determine rehab potential, and develop treatment plans under physician direction.

The therapist will document patient status, set realistic goals, educate patients and families, supervise therapy assistants, and collaborate with all disciplines to provide exceptional, patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Must hold a valid OT license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Experience with long-term/geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing skills.
• Experience with evaluations, progress notes and discharge documentation.
• Collaborates with disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Demonstrates exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.
• Punctuality, professionalism and compliance with confidentiality.
