Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in West Orange, New Jersey. The OT will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress under the direction of a physician, while educating patients and families.

Responsibilities include supervising OT Assistants, coordinating with other disciplines, ensuring federal and facility guidelines are followed, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Competenze

• Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Must hold a valid professional license and state registration.

Mansioni

• Assess referred patients for rehabilitation needs and develop and administer treatment plans.
• Document patient progress, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the physician and other disciplines.
