Ohio OT license, CPR certification, and a commitment to resident-centered care are required.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio OT license
• Graduated from an accredited OT program
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of OT principles and rehab techniques
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and set rehab goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and self-care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate residents and families on home safety and therapeutic exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, PT, and SLP teams.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
