Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Use standardized assessments to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment per clinical requirements.
• Administer procedures as part of rehabilitation plan (ADL retraining, exercises, modalities).
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in medical records.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify services accordingly.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Communicate progress and plans with supervisor and health team.
