Qualifications

• SLP license is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans.
• Provide rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions per regulatory standards.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transferring and repositioning.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Counsel patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries that comply with regulatory and clinical requirements.
