Position Overview

Location: Parkers Prairie, MN primarily with one day a week in Evansville, MN

Setting: SNF/LTC; ALF/AIL; OP

Pay Package: Starting at $2000/week

Guaranteed Hours: 40-hour weekly guarantee

Schedule: Flexible; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)

Contract Length: 13+ weeks

Start Date: 08/28/2026

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Valid state OT licensure (or currently in an OT educational program)
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Must successfully pass a background check upon hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in SNF/LTC, OP, IP preferred — new grads encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Providing supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations
• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and identify functional and movement‑related impairments.
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
• Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands‑on techniques to support healing
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records
• Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations
• Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA
