Position Overview

• Location: Hendricks, MN
• Setting: SNF/LTC; IP; HH; OP
• Pay Package: Starting at $2000/week
• Guaranteed Hours: 40‑hour weekly guarantee
• Schedule: Flexible; Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Valid state OT licensure (or currently in an OT educational program)
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Must successfully pass a background check upon hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in SNF/LTC; IP; HH; OP preferred — new grads encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Providing supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations
• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and identify functional and movement‑related impairments.
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
• Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands‑on techniques to support healing
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress recordsEducate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations
• Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA
