Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract based in Granite Falls, MN. • Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records.

Position Overview

Location: Granite Falls, MN
Setting: OP; SNF/LTC; HH; IP
Pay Package: Starting at $2000/week
Guaranteed Hours: 40‑hour weekly guarantee
Schedule: Flexible; Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 10/01/2026

Responsibilities

• Providing supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations
• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and identify functional and movement‑related impairments
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
• Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands‑on techniques to support healing
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records
• Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations
• Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA
