Continuum Therapy Partners is hiring an Occupational Therapist for our Kent, Ohio location. The role involves evaluating patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and tracking progress to improve functional independence.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active Ohio license, and NBCOT certification. Preference given to candidates with 1 year of OT experience. We offer full benefits and a supportive leadership team.

• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as an OT preferred.

Responsabilités

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required

• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence

• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
