Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist for service delivery across care communities. Provide direct therapy, screen and evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise support staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high‑quality patient care. This role may be offered as Full‑Time or PRN based on locations and needs.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients, align with professional standards.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians as needed.
• Comply with state and federal regulations and maintain clinical excellence.
