Job summary

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate).
• Current state licensure as Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, treat and implement care for patients.
• Provide therapy evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, and discharge planning for a full caseload.
• Document, bill, schedule, and perform other admin duties for a full caseload.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate with physicians and leadership to ensure cohesive patient care.
