Job summary

Essentia Health - Miller Hill Health Plaza is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, treat and implement care for patients in alignment with AOTA standards and Essentia Health policies. Qualifications

• Licensed occupational therapist or eligible to practice in the state
• Experience evaluating and treating patients with diverse needs preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide education to patients and caregivers and coordinate discharge planning
• Document, bill, schedule and manage administrative duties for a full caseload
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes
• Coordinate with referring physicians and Essentia Health leadership to ensure cohesive care
• Comply with policies, code of conduct and professional ethics
• Flex to other departments when needed and serve as clinical instructor if needed
