Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services across partner facilities nationwide. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise COTAs, and coordinate care to achieve clinical goals. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams and adherence to regulatory standards. The organization supports ongoing education and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Active state license to practice OT is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with patients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients per standards.
• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Supervise rehab technicians and maintain equipment as needed.
• Coordinate discharge planning and case management.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Document clearly and communicate in English.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
