Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in developing treatment plans and evaluating patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans and treat patients accordingly.
• Supervise the Occupational Therapy Assistant in clinical service delivery.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding patient progress and problems.
• Record treatment notes and participate in discharge planning.
