Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered therapy under OT supervision in a variety of care communities.

You will collaborate with licensed OTs, support patient goals, and participate in ongoing training and professional development. The role offers a supportive clinical team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth in 44 states across the network.

Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OTA program completion.
• Valid OTA state license is required.

Responsibilities

• Support patients under the direction of a licensed OT to improve functional abilities.
• Deliver therapy that aligns with established plans of care and regulatory standards.
• Mentor Rehab Technicians and assist with case management as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols within the facility.
