Bronte Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will lead and direct occupational therapy services for short-term rehab, long-term residents, and outpatient programs, ensuring high-quality care and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted OT licensure in the state.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate occupational therapy services for residents and patients.
• Coordinate OT programs with Rehabilitation Director and team to meet KPIs.
• Ensure timely screening, evaluation, treatment, discharge, and documentation requirements.
• Adhere to facility policies for documenting, billing, and coding OT services.
• Participate in daily/weekly interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss therapy progression.
• Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and families.
