Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across care communities in Oregon. You will screen patients, evaluate needs, develop and carry out treatment plans, and manage discharges while upholding Reliant’s standards.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, coordinate care, and stay informed on state practice acts and billing guidelines. Oregon licensure and ACOTE-aligned training are required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with standards and Reliant Rehabilitation’s policies.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while providing high-quality care, including patient screening and evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management.
• Provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and rehab technicians.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain professional conduct.
