Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. Earn $72,500–$90,000 yearly with a supportive culture and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist eligible to apply.
• Graduate in OT recognized by AOTA (B.S./M.A./M.S. or Doctorate).
• NBCOT designation as OTR, if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatment using modalities and adjust as indicated while adhering to precautions.

Education

Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (AOTA-recognized)

NBCOT OTR certification

In-state OT license/registration
