Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Ohio. This on-site role offers a salary range of $75,000.00–$90,000.00 per year and a supportive environment with ongoing clinical education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as OTR if state mandates.
• OT must hold a current license/registration in-state where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatment using modalities and adjust as needed while adhering to precautions.
