Life Care Center of McMinnville seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehab care, following physician referrals and Life Care standards. You will assess patients, set achievable goals, and supervise OT aides in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification required at hire; renewal optional
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT) and must be licensed in-state
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation; must stay current during employment

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans for patients
• Establish and modify measurable goals
• Oversee and evaluate OTAs, rehab aides, and students
• Document patient progress accurately in charts
• Use therapy software effectively
• Provide excellent patient service and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
• Support safety, patient rights, and confidentiality
