You will evaluate, plan, and adjust therapies, actively involve families, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. This role emphasizes autonomy within a supportive leadership structure and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of OT work experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and advise on home and community safety.
• Communicate needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, clients, and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
