Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment utilizing modalities while adhering to precautions.
