Stratford-Rehabilitation-Center seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to help residents reach optimal function in a skilled nursing facility. You will guide therapy plans, teach exercises, and support discharge readiness with patient education.

Candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in OT, possess a valid state license, and have basic computer skills. The role offers Monday–Friday shifts with pay per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current and valid OT license in the state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software.

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal physical function and assist achievement of therapy goals in a SNF setting.
• Educate patients on maintaining function after discharge through exercises and activity modification.
