Job summary
Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, create care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT certification as an OTR (where state requires)
- Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- New grads welcome; mentorship available
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
- Create and implement personalized care plans
- Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
- Obtain and update all physician orders
