Key Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our SNF team in any capacity: full-time, part-time, or PRN. You’ll evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to reach patient goals in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate flexible scheduling for patient care and supervise COTAs in SNF settings.
