Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. The OT will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create care plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Applicants must hold an OT degree and a current state license; NBCOT certification may be required depending on state. New grads are welcome, with mentorship available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
