Job summary

COA Network Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Newberg, Oregon to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapy across a range of conditions.

You will monitor progress, adjust plans, and educate patients and families on exercises and techniques. Collaborating with physicians and nurses, you will ensure compliant, high-quality care while maintaining thorough documentation and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Oregon Occupational Therapist License or eligibility to obtain before hire.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association at hire.
• Specialized OT training may be required based on department needs.
• Minimum 1–2 years OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Experience you will need:

• Specialized occupational therapy training may be required depending on departmental needs.
