Job summary

COA Network Inc in Medford, OR is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled interventions in an acute care setting.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals, educate patients and families on goals and home exercise programs, and ensure timely documentation and discharge planning to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate).
• Active Oregon OT license required on hire.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association on hire.
• 1–2 years of OT experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver care that meets regulatory, ethical, and professional standards.

Experience you will need
