Job summary
Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled evaluation and treatment services in Newberg, Oregon. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized plans that maximize independence and improve patients’ daily functioning.
The role requires an OT license in Oregon, and a strong background in patient evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. A competitive package with relocation support is available.
Qualifications
- Oregon OT license required at hire.
- BLS certification by American Heart Association upon hire.
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in OT from an accredited program or equivalent education/experience.
- Occasional specialized OT training to meet department needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide OT evaluation and treatment services to a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities. Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and functional recovery. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support patient quality of life.

The Occupational Therapist provides skilled occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities. Working collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team, the therapist develops individualized treatment plans that maximize patient independence, restore functional abilities, and improve quality of life
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or
- Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or
- Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent education/experience.
- Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent education/experience.
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Occupational Therapy experience in Hospital, Acute Care, Rehabilitation, or Clinical settings preferred
- Experience with patient evaluations and treatment planning
- Strong rehabilitation and functional assessment skills
- Acute Care experience
