Job summary

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted OT license in Oregon.
• Experience providing inpatient, outpatient, or home health rehab services.
• Strong ADLs and functional training skills.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based treatment across inpatient, outpatient, home-based, swing bed and long-term care settings to improve independence, safety, and functional ability in activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to design and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maximize functional outcomes for patients.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a Master’s Degree or higher

• Strong clinical skills in ADLs, functional training, and adaptive equipment recommendations


• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities


• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
