Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered OT services within a Collierville, Tennessee facility. You will conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans, while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining high-quality patient care.

You will work under the Director of Rehabilitation in a friendly interdisciplinary team, supervising assistants and coordinating with facility staff to enhance residents’

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.
• Valid state OT license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Provide OT services including screening, evaluation, and development of treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal documentation and billing guidelines.
• Supervise OT assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team activities and care conferences.
