Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in appropriate state(s).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute doctor’s orders and provide OT screening and evaluation.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee therapy records and ensure equipment and supplies.
• Maintain patient schedules and document billing-related records.
• Participate in facility meetings and staff training.
