Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes doctor’s orders and provides Occupational Therapy screening and evaluation to determine patients’ current physical status.
• Develops and implements treatment plans focusing on functional and measurable outcomes, adhering to professional standards.
• Oversees and participates in the maintenance of therapy records and ensures availability of supplies and equipment.
• Maintains patient schedules per established guidelines and documents for reimbursement and facility requirements.
• Participates in training for facility staff, residents, families, and rehabilitation staff; initiates new program development to improve quality of life.
