Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Peoria, AZ is hiring an Occupational Therapist to support children ages 2–6 in a center-based early intervention setting. You will deliver developmentally appropriate OT, focusing on motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current license to practice OT
• Experience with children preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and relationship-building skills
• Interest in interdisciplinary pediatric care

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate OT for children aged 2–6
• Develop interventions for motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills
• Conduct assessments and coordinate with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and clinicians
• Integrate OT goals into ESDM-informed early intervention
• Collaborate with families to set goals and practical strategies
• Work with RBTs and clinicians to reinforce OT goals
• Monitor progress and adapt plans based on data and needs
